When is Boutique Hotel Erzberg open?
Boutique Hotel Erzberg operates exclusively during the winter season. The hotel is open from early December until mid April and remains closed outside this period.
What is included in the half board?
Every stay includes Erzberg’s deluxe half board. This consists of an extended breakfast, afternoon snacks and a daily six course dinner served in the evening.
Can food allergies or intolerances be accommodated?
Yes. Food allergies and intolerances are handled individually whenever possible. Our head chef and his team prepare suitable alternatives when informed a few days prior to arrival.
Is the spa included in the stay?
Yes. Use of the Erzberg Spa is included for all guests, regardless of room category. The spa features a sauna, steam bath, infrared cabin and quiet zones for relaxation.
Are massages available?
Yes. A selection of massages is available, provided by our in house masseuse to support relaxation and recovery. Treatments can be booked individually based on availability.
Is ski in ski out access available?
Yes. Boutique Hotel Erzberg offers ski in ski out access during winter conditions. Ski passes, ski depot and overnight ski service are organized seamlessly.
What are the cancellation conditions?
Free cancellation is possible up to eight weeks before arrival. From eight to four weeks prior to arrival, 40 percent of the arrangement price applies, increasing closer to arrival. If the room can be rebooked, no cancellation fees apply.
Is a travel insurance recommended?
Yes. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance. Insurance can be arranged via Europäische Reiseversicherung and costs five percent of the hotel price.
